What We Did in 2008 ...

We had our very first meeting on Tuesday 9th September 2008 and welcomed our very first Rainbows: Isobella, Chloe, Phoebe
and Nicole. Before long Tamzen, Kaitlyn, Megan, Tegan, Jessica and Hannah joined and filled up all our spaces (our Unit has been full ever since!).
 
Our first term was all about finding our feet, getting to know the girls and HAVING FUN! We thought it would be nice to earn our first badge and worked on the Olivia’s Favourite Badge. We made Junk Orchestra Instruments, made Friend Rosettes, played a Missing Ingredients code cracker game and a Gold Glitters game.


  

We also had our first Promise Party (Barny & Crazy were SO proud of the girls) and decorated biscuits to celebrate.



And if that wasn't busy enough, we also played some new games including THE Chocolate Game (Crazy’s favourite game), did Christmas crafts AND had an end of term Christmas party!
